voiqq Platform Overview

See how voiqq connects standards libraries, project scope, findings, evidence, remediation, validation, collaboration, and professional reports.

voiqq is a standards-based audit management platform for people who plan, perform, review, and remediate professional assessments. It is not an automatic certification service. Programs organize a discipline, Libraries provide requirements and fields, Projects define the engagement scope, and Findings preserve the work performed against that scope.

Standards and scope

The platform uses one project and finding model across different disciplines while allowing each library to control its own terminology, canonical requirements, project metrics, import mapping, automation boundaries, and reports.

  • Accessibility projects use WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, or WCAG 2.2 criteria and can produce reviewed VPAT or ACR snapshots.
  • SOC 2 projects organize readiness work against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria selected for the engagement.
  • Web, mobile, and AI application security projects use configured OWASP ASVS, MASVS, and AISVS libraries.
  • Custom programs let an organization model internal policies, contractual controls, educational exercises, or other structured review frameworks.

Who this is for

  • Students and educators learning how professional assessments are structured beyond a simple checklist.
  • Independent auditors, testers, consultants, and portfolio builders managing repeatable client work.
  • Engineering, compliance, risk, quality, and remediation teams collaborating on findings.
  • Agencies, schools, public bodies, and regulated organizations that need clear ownership and defensible review records.

What voiqq provides

  • Private team workspaces with leader, admin, member, assignment, and project-specific share permissions.
  • Manual finding entry, structured spreadsheet import, and program-specific candidate Auto-populate flows.
  • Configurable project tables, comments, evidence, assignments, lifecycle state, validation, and recovery.
  • Program-aware exports and immutable report snapshots built from reviewed project data.
  • Personal portfolios and controlled public project views for presenting authorized work.

A practical workflow

  1. Choose the team, Program, Library, and project requirements that match the engagement.
  2. Create findings manually, normalize an existing spreadsheet, or import supported automated candidates.
  3. Map each record to the correct requirement and add only the evidence needed for review.
  4. Assign remediation, collaborate in context, retest changes, and record validation decisions.
  5. Review warnings and generated language before creating or distributing a report snapshot.
