Effective 9 August 2026. Paddle is the merchant of record for self-service voiqq subscriptions and handles checkout, taxes, receipts, cancellations, and eligible refunds.
Fourteen-day trials
Starter, Pro, Team, and Business trials require a valid payment method. You are not charged until the 14-day trial ends. Cancel before the end of the trial to prevent the first recurring charge.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel through voiqq billing controls or Paddle's buyer portal. The effective timing shown during cancellation applies. After access returns to Free, plan limits apply, but your data remains subject to the retention and account rules in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Refund requests
Unless required by law, transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle may consider discretionary requests and provides statutory withdrawal or defect remedies where applicable. Use the manage-subscription link in the receipt or Paddle buyer support to request a refund. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
