Generate a Report in Another Language

Choose one of seven professional report languages, review the translated draft, and export without changing the source project.

A translated deliverable is useful only when the standard identifiers, project decisions, and source evidence stay accurate. voiqq keeps those values in the project and changes the report language during report preparation. English exports follow the normal plan allowance. Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Polish report output requires Pro, Team, Business, or Enterprise.

Before opening the generator

  • Resolve missing requirement or checkpoint mappings.
  • Review open, fixed, closed, Pending, Validated, and failed-validation states.
  • Confirm product, client, scope, dates, methods, contacts, and source-language evidence.
  • Ask a fluent reviewer who understands the selected standard to review the exported language.

Generate a multilingual VPAT or ACR

  1. Open an Accessibility project and choose Generate VPAT / ACR.
  2. In Preliminary Review, choose the required value under Target conformance level.
  3. Open Report language and choose English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
  4. Upload the required Product Logo and review the remaining preliminary fields.
  5. Continue to Conformance Preview and check every conformance value, remark, warning, and manual edit.
  6. Choose Export DOCX. Open the file in Microsoft Word and inspect the logo, metadata, tables, page breaks, language, and links before distribution.

Generate a multilingual readiness or security report

  1. Open the relevant SOC 2, Web Application Security, Mobile Application Security, or AI Application Security project.
  2. Choose Generate Report and confirm the report scope, standard version, profile, or Trust Services Criteria shown by that Program.
  3. Choose the intended value under Report language.
  4. Review the report title, organization, product or system, assessment period, methods, scope, limitations, and contact information.
  5. Generate the preview and correct project mappings before changing report-only narrative.
  6. Choose Download PDF and inspect the finished report before sending it to a client or stakeholder.

What remains in the source language

URLs, product names, company names, requirement IDs, success criteria, control IDs, code, selectors, quotations, and user-authored evidence are not casually rewritten. If client evidence must appear in another language, add wording approved by an authorized fluent reviewer. A translated heading does not prove that every imported sentence was reviewed.

Resolve a disabled language or export warning

  • If the language control is disabled, verify that the workspace is on Pro or above and reload after the subscription update completes.
  • If a VPAT template is missing, confirm the exact WCAG version, level, and language. voiqq does not substitute a different template.
  • If AI drafting is unavailable, continue with deterministic fallback wording and edit the draft during review.
  • If a row is missing, repair its canonical project mapping and generate the preview again.
  • If the file layout is damaged, keep the project unchanged and regenerate only after the template or renderer warning is resolved.
