What this means
A maintenance review covers newly added or changed content after the original audit. The sign-off records who reviewed the changes and when. It does not claim that the whole website received a new audit.
Passing examples
- A reviewer checks the new images and links, addresses problems, then records their review.
- No video was added, so the reviewer confirms the video checks do not apply to this update.
- An uncertain check stays unticked until the team has confirmed the result.
Failing examples
- Someone ticks every item without reviewing the changes.
- A completed review is recorded while a known missing image description is unresolved.
- A review of one new page is presented as a fresh audit of the entire website.
In voiqq, tick an item once it passes or you have confirmed that it does not apply. Recorded reviews show the reviewer's name and the date and time of sign-off.
