Subprocessors

Third-party services used to operate voiqq and the purpose of each service.

Effective 9 August 2026. voiqq uses the providers below for the stated purposes. Actual processing depends on the deployment configuration and the features a customer chooses to use.

Core service providers

  • Supabase - authentication, PostgreSQL database, row-level authorization, and file storage
  • Google Cloud Run - application hosting, delivery, and server execution
  • Paddle - merchant of record, hosted checkout, subscription state, tax, invoicing, and buyer support
  • Resend - account, invitation, billing, security, and configurable service-briefing email
  • Cloudflare Turnstile - bot and abuse protection for authentication and designated public links

Optional AI providers

  • Google Gemini API - optional drafting and ambiguous spreadsheet-column mapping
  • Groq API - optional fallback model inference for the same assisted workflows

AI providers receive structured context only when an AI-assisted action is invoked. Deterministic fallbacks remain available. Users should review generated language and mappings and should not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Customer-directed sharing

A public Google Sheets source, external evidence link, project share link, or portfolio link is processed or disclosed only when an authorized user supplies or enables it. Those destination services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
