Rearrange Tables, Fields, and Drawer Panels

Put columns, findings, drawer fields, and drawer panels in the order your team uses.

A useful order follows the way the work is reviewed. For example, an auditor may want identity and severity first, while a remediator may want affected area, evidence, assignment, and due date close together.

Rearrange table columns

  1. Open Edit Table.
  2. Choose Rearrange columns.
  3. Move each visible column with the available movement controls or drag it with a pointer.
  4. Check both Compact and Full views because each view can contain a different set of fields.
  5. Finish rearranging and reload once to confirm the order was saved.

Rearrange finding rows

Choose Rearrange rows when your project needs a deliberate manual order. Moving a finding changes its place in that saved order. Choosing another Sort option temporarily presents the records by that sorting choice.

Rearrange the finding drawer

  1. Open a finding and choose Edit.
  2. Choose Rearrange Panels & Fields.
  3. Move whole panels into the order your team prefers.
  4. Move fields within View Details or within View More Details.
  5. To move a field to the other accordion, change its Details Panel checkbox in Edit Table.
  6. Finish rearranging and open another finding to confirm the project-wide order.

Keyboard and screen reader use

Every draggable item also has named Move up and Move down buttons. These buttons give the same saved result without requiring drag and drop. Status messages announce when an item moves or when saving fails.

If an item does not appear

  • Confirm the field is checked for Compact or Full.
  • Confirm you are looking at the same project where the change was made.
  • Remember that unmatched imported columns remain under Additional Details.
  • Wait for the saved confirmation before closing an editor.
  • Reload the project and try the change again if a network interruption occurred.
